Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily delivery schedules, optimizing routes for efficiency and timely delivery.
- Allocate orders based on geographical locations, traffic conditions and driver availability.
- Track and update any last-minute changes in delivery orders.
- Monitor drivers’ schedules, ensuring all deliveries are on track
- Conduct periodic reviews of driver performance, including punctuality, and adherence to safety and service standards
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve delivery times and customer experience.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting areas for improvement in delivery logistics.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, scheduling, or delivery operations, preferably within the catering or F&B industry.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s road network
- Knowledge of vehicle management systems and GPS route optimization tools.
- Ability to respond quickly to unexpected changes and handle high-stress situations, especially during peak periods.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
