Job Overview:As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will manage daily administrative tasks, support our team, and help foster a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies procurement and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees and visitors, handling inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, including logistics and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documents are organized and accessible.
  • Help with event planning and coordination for team-building activities and company events.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
