Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer who will be instrumental in implementing and managing automation processes using no-code platforms. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of AI who are eager to develop their skills in the AI and automation space without the need for coding expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using no-code tools such as Make and Zapier.
- Work closely with process analysts to understand and map business processes for automation.
- Test and refine automation systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing automation setups.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate automation solutions across various business functions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in no-code automation technologies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and assist in training other staff members as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of AI and its applications in business; formal training in AI is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- No previous coding skills required.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and explore new technologies in the AI and automation domains.
- Experience with no-code platforms such as Make and Zapier is advantageous but not mandatory.
