Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and liaise closely with operation, projects and accounts department in company to ensure smooth servicing for existing clients
- Promotes and distributes company's information on products and services through direct and mass mailing, telephone and other channels to prospective clients
- Respond actively to sales enquiry, preparation in quotations and customer servicing
- Follow up with clients through email to ensure satisfaction with product and services rendered and arranges modification or other remedies when needed
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities (i.e. exhibitors, standbuilders, corporate etc.) such as asset in tender documents submission
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
- Answering inquiries and provides information on the products and services of the company
- Build a fruitful relationship with existing accounts and exceed customer satisfaction
- Maintain good relationships with local clients
- Support any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Candidates with knowledge of Digital Media or Interactive Design will have an added advantage
- A highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, even under challenging conditions and resources
- A good communicator with strong analytical skills, constantly probing and uncovering new business opportunities
- Able to Handle Stress & Multi-tasking
- Possess Strong Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills
- A good team player that is able to communicate frequently with clients and partners throughout the project process
- A Diploma or Degree qualification
