Inventory Planner

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Planner responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing supply chain data, and ensuring optimal stock availability to meet demand. This role involves working closely with the procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management and cost optimization. The ideal efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibility:

- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability without overstocking.

- Analyze inventory data and sales forecasts to predict future inventory requirements and adjust planning accordingly.

- Coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory based on lead times and demand.

- Develop inventory strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.

- Prepare inventory reports, including expiry analysis, aged stock analysis, and stock performance metrics.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management and adjust strategies as needed.


Job Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.

- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems, preferably SAP.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Experience with demand planning and forecasting is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Willing to work 5.5 days per week
