Responsibilities
- Take the helm in managing accounts to surpass sales targets within the Singapore market. Maintain robust relationships with Distribution Partners to ensure a steady stream of orders and foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular visits with existing clients to gauge satisfaction levels, introduce new product features, and anticipate future requirements. Your efforts will uphold our reputation as a trusted supplier and solution provider.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach program to tap into new customer segments, particularly targeting consultants and electrical contractors for high-value projects. Your focus will be on expanding our market footprint and seizing lucrative opportunities.
- Leverage your technical acumen to prepare accurate quotations tailored to customer needs. Your recommendations will align with the most suitable product offerings, showcasing our commitment to delivering optimal solutions.
- Provide dedicated support to our distributors through client visits, event participation, and swift resolution of technical inquiries. Foster collaboration within the team and share valuable market insights to enhance our collective success.
- Gather pertinent information on market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor analysis within your territory. Regularly report on key sales activities, project progress, and emerging opportunities to drive informed decision-making.
- Achieve personal performance targets as well as overall sales targets outlined in budget forecasts
Additional Responsibilities (Ad Hoc)
- Technical Support: Offer timely technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or site visits, ensuring seamless resolution of queries and issues.
- Product Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on the features and functionalities of ComAp products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years experience on an international sales position
- Communication skills, customer-service oriented, target oriented, Pro-active, Presentation skills
- Selling to customer needs, meeting sales goals, sales planning, experience in energy and/or automation industry, providing technical support, relevant market knowledge, developing budgets, ability to report accurately, user knowledge of PC and MS office
- Knowledge about power generation market; understanding of gen-set and combustion engines controls and protection relays markets will be an advantage
