Accounts Services Executive ( Client Servicing ) - TEAM B
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and liaise closely with operation, projects and accounts department in company to ensure smooth servicing for existing clients
- Respond actively to sales enquiry, preparation in quotations and customer servicing
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
- Answers inquiries and provide information on the products and services of the company
- Manage project deliverables in milestones are met according to schedule
- Project Lead to oversee on-site operation
- Communicate with client, consultant and stakeholder involved in projects
- Research and propose technologies and structural design for new projects
- Coordinate with various vendors for logistic and equipment support
- Support any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Candidates with knowledge of Digital Media or Interactive Design will have an added advantage
- A highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, even under challenging conditions and resources
- A good communicator with strong analytical skills, constantly probing and uncovering new business opportunities
- Able to Handle Stress & Multi-tasking
- Possess Strong Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills
- A good team player that is able to communicate frequently with clients and partners throughout the project process
- A Diploma or Degree qualification
