Account Services Executive ( Client Servicing )
The Account Service Executive is responsible in managing clients and coordinating with internal and external partners. He/she will be part of the events teams, working along side with our projects teams to deliver a successful event.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales and marketing support activities
- Resourceful & able to effectively explore and conclude sales opportunities
- Able to actively generate new accounts & maintain existing accounts
- Responding to sales enquiry, prepare quotations & customer accounts
- Maintain good relationships with overseas and local clients
- Be able to work with various departments to ensure deliverable
- Manage and work on event related documentation and administration
- Quotation, invoicing and payments
- Exceed customer satisfaction
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of Experience in Sales/ Event Industry
- Diploma equivalent cert. & above
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, Independent, strong communication skills and a team player
- Attention to details
- Good presentation skills
- Creative and great learning attitude
- Independent, able to handle stress & Multi-tasking
- Process strong Interpersonal & Customer Service skills
- Language: English & Mandarin (we seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Candidates well versed in IT/ AV Equipment an Advantage
