Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies
- Work with Centre of Excellence and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives
- Drive people engagement, build morale, improve workplace relationships and boost productivity and retention. Performance and Development
- Partner with leaders for identification of successors and talents for business-critical roles and organization's talent profiles
- Facilitate performance moderation and discussions with leadership
- Lead in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters and develop a positive working relationship with the union
- Guide senior leaders and HR team members in handling complex performance and disciplinary matters
- Lead and undertake complex investigations when required, collaborating with legal and other teams as necessary
- Guide peers and team members in conflict resolutions and grievance handling processes
- Facilitate negotiation, conflict resolution, and grievance meetings with stakeholders to achieve mutually agreed outcomes
Job Requirement:
- Min 15 years of related HR experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / HR Management
