The Job

· Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, learning & development, retention and succession planning

· Develop, implement and maintain all HR policies, procedures and processes

· Manage end to end recruitment, including posting of job advertisements, conducting of interviews, making employment offers, preparing of employment contracts, onboarding (including induction/orientation), offboarding (including but not limited to conduct exit interviews) and employee confirmation

· Provide immigration and relocation processes including work pass applications and renewal

· Responsible for timely and accurate Payroll management – Times Pay

· Manage compensation & benefits and performance management

· Conduct training and/or source for external training programmes

· Work with department heads to retain and develop identified talent and skilled employees to help our organisations improve business value and to reach its goal

· Support and guide managers and employees on HR related issues, procedures and policies and ensure compliance to local labour and manpower regulations. Timely update of Employees Handbook.

· Manage disciplinary and employee grievances

· Manage employee welfare, oversee medical & leave administration, statutory submission of leave for childcare, maternity, paternity and NSMen make-up pay claims to relevant government authorities

· Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for analysis

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects

· Undertake ad hoc projects or tasks when required


Pre-requisites

· Degree in HRM or equivalent preferred

· Min. 2 years of relevant experience in similar functions

· Sound knowledge of local labour and industry laws and practices

· Knowledge of payroll administration

· Possess a positive attitude, highly-motivated, meticulous and people-oriented

· Ability to communicate effectively to people of all levels of the organisation

· Strong collaboration skills to work within team and across departments

· Resourceful and able to multi-task in fast paced environment

· Able to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality

· Knowledge in HR Times Software is an added advantage
