Morgan McKinley is seeking an Application Developer (Pega) for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Team to understand and translate client requirements into application features.
- Work closely with the team to set specifications for new and existing applications.
- Participate in incident management and handle change requests as needed.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features as necessary.
- Collaborate with business process owners and SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements.
- Work alongside project managers, architects, and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for processes.
- Assist in transitioning requirements and use cases effectively.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Prior hands-on experience in Pega Development (preferably 6 months or more).
Good to Have:
- Experience in executing project releases on the Pega PRPC BPM platform.
- Exposure to executing large BPM engagements through the complete SDLC lifecycle.
- Understanding of Pega technical architecture with broad industry and functional knowledge.
- PEGA certification (SA, SSA, LSA).
