- Operate as trusted advisors to the Firm's revenue-earners.
- Support the senior management in implementing key strategic initiatives to drive revenue.
- Support the senior management in developing development plans for various business lines and ensure delivery against agreed projections.
- Monitor the sales pipeline from prospects to closing the deals through business systems such as Salesforce.
- Produce reports on sales and delivery of business lines.
- Produce research on clients and industries of interests for sales management purposes.
(A) Sales Operations
- Proactively consolidate and prepare monthly/ quarterly reports for management
- Develop and maintain Sales operating processes and workflows in partnership with the business and respective platform teams
- Support the maintenance and organization of the Sales Management libraries
- Administer business operation support eg billing, expense tracking, budgeting
- Be a touchpoint for International Broker Operating Platform and help consolidate reports on a periodic basis
(B) Salesforce as our CRM for BD
- Helping Business Lines to update Salesforce information and keep the CRM updated
- Administer tracking of new meetings, lead conversions and ongoing opportunities based on list of targeted clients
- Be the point of contact for Salesforce in the Singapore business to help out producers or admins by solving their queries or cascading it to the relevant personnel
- Helping in Salesforce user management, making bulk data loads or periodic system cleanup as per Business Line requests
(C) Property Marketing
- Monitoring and managing Google ads activities and spend to ensure good ROI
- Validation of Chinese translated reports, microsite and Chinese leads management
- Idea sharing for new ads for various platforms including WeChat, XHS etc to facilitate business development
(D) Event Management
- Helping to consolidate Business Line files for events or workshops
- Touchpoint for Singapore Business for client gifting exercise and consolidate client lists accordingly
(E) Relationship Building
- Develop strong working relationships with local liaisons within different business lines at multiple levels across the region.
- Collaborative and day-to-day working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be tireless in follow ups in order to deliver on schedule.
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate a complex organization to strengthen relationships to achieve results as part of the Sales Management objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holders in marketing/business and real estate preferred. Diploma holders with similar background and strong prior experience will also be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role ideally in professional services or real estate. Fresh graduates with a can-do attitude will be considered.
- Excellent communicator passionate about driving change in the organisation.
- Experience with Salesforce and other business intelligence tools is a plus
- Enthusiastic/High initiative.
- Ability to manage timelines.
- Very good attention to detail and ability to continuously follow-up.
