The Opportunity:


The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role to lead and execute Suu Balm’s digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and trends to drive brand awareness, engagement and elevating Suu Balm's presence across all digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant tools to measure ROI / ROAS and improve strategies.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Work closely with the creative team to maintain a calendar to plan and develop compelling content for social media, EDM and paid ads that align with Suu Balm & Vytle's brand voice.
  • SEO/SEM: Consistently optimise and enhance organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic through SEO strategies.
  • Influencer / Third-party engagements: Identify, engage, and collaborate with relevant influencers / third-party sites to boost brand reach and credibility.
  • Customer Engagement & Community Building: Manage and build the Suu Balm Ambassador Program to continue efforts in fostering a community through positive word-of-mouth.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry
  • Strong knowledge of SEO / SEM tools, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and email marketing platforms
  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset to interpret data and make strategic recommendations for improved performance and ROI
