Job Description
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training programs for nursing students and new nurses.
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education
- Develop and implementation of nursing education programs for constant improvements.
- Establish and maintain optimal clinical learning environments for nursing staff and students.
- Assisting Nurse Clinician in daily functions.
- Participate in work improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs.
- Assist in the clinical audits.
- Assist in the staff performance assessment.
- Ensure reports are submitted on a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 5 years of Clinical experience.
- Possess an Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopaedic, Oncology or Medical Surgical) is an advantage.
- Senior Staff Nurse level preferred.
- Must be registered with SNB.
