- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage systems.
- Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layout.
- Plan and optmisize routes for each driver using in-house software to deliver more efficiently
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Proficient with different computers opearting system such as Windows 10/11. MacOS is a plus.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in english
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Guide new employee how to use company in house software.
