OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

As a Digital Commerce Director, you will be responsible for managing our regional relationships (media and commercial) and digital commerce brand capabilities. The individual will have to call on regional customer and own regional marketing capability (integrated media, digital content and traffic development).

Your Team

You will be part of the Asia Middle East Africa (AMA) Digital Commerce headquarters based in Singapore and will report to the Commercial Leader for AMA Digital Commercial. You will work very closely with internal marketing and commercial teams, as well as external stakeholders to deliver results.

What Success Looks like

As a Digital Commerce Director, you will have opportunity to work on creating winning strategies for brands, driving the business results. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams (including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Design, and Marketing) to collaborate and develop top winning strategies for success.

You will lead a mix of Marketing and Sales projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your strategic and integrative thinking. As a Digital Commerce Leader you own taking insights from

the data, to set the direction for brand growth.

Qualifications

  • MBA or Degree qualified with a relevant major (Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication)
  • At least 10 years of prior experience in the following areas: Brand Management, brand equity development, business driver delivery, financial management, and opportunity identification & innovation
  • At least 5 years' experience in FMCG industry
  • Understands Brand fundamentals and integrated media
  • Have directly sold to customers and managed an account
  • Managed retail eMedia this includes design, analysis, execution and optimization
  • Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and courageous leadership skills
