Job Description:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders by providing tailored HR solutions aligned with business objectives. Support and coach business leaders to foster improvements in people management and provide guidance on workforce strategies and solutions.
- Offer expert guidance on interpreting HR policies, procedures, employment laws, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, and compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and specialized teams in executing major HR projects and initiatives.
- Enhance employee engagement, boost morale, strengthen workplace relationships, and improve productivity and retention.
- Work closely with leaders to identify high-potential employees and successors for critical roles and to support the organization’s talent strategy.
- Facilitate performance evaluation discussions and leadership reviews.
- Oversee Employee Relations and Industrial Relations matters, building constructive partnerships with unions.
- Advise senior leaders and HR teams on handling complex performance and disciplinary issues.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complex cases as needed, coordinating with legal and other departments.
- Mentor team members in resolving conflicts and managing grievance procedures.
- Mediate negotiations, resolve conflicts, and lead grievance discussions to achieve mutually agreeable resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience in Human Resource.
- Strong leadership and workplace relations management.
