Job Description
- In charge of managing all sales operations and marketing initiatives, strive to meet monthly sales goals and daily KPIs.
- Create, oversee, and assign goals and priorities to the Sales & Marketing Division.
- In charge of locating and cultivating prospective growth prospects for both domestic and international markets
- Addressing the needs and demands of the consumer and offering timely after-sale support
- Boost brand and business awareness
- Together with your clients, set goals and create marketing and promotional strategies.
- Establish and preserve strategic connections with both current and potential clients.
- Create prospects for sales by converting leads from various sales activities.
- Introducing new services to current and potential customers
- Carrying out client retention initiatives
- Taking part in and leading any company sales-related marketing and sales campaigns
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, international business, or related field with strong hands-on Sales and Marketing experience (business development/accounts management)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL supply chain
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English writing and reading
- Capable of communicating with Japanese clients in Japanese with ease
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities in both Japanese and English
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target.
