Tea House Service Crew & Tea Instructor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Tea Service & Customer Care:Greet and seat customers, ensuring a welcoming environment.
   Take orders and serve tea following traditional Chinese tea ceremonies.
   Explain tea offerings and recommend teas based on customers' preferences.
   Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup.
   
2. Tea Education & Demonstrations:Conduct tea appreciation sessions and live demonstrations of tea brewing methods.
   Educate customers on the history, culture, and health benefits of traditional Chinese tea.
   Train customers in proper tea brewing techniques and the etiquette of tea ceremonies.
   
3. Teahouse Operations:Assist in setting up and organizing tea events and workshops.
   Maintain inventory of tea leaves, utensils, and other related items.
   Support in promoting traditional Chinese tea culture through various in-house activities.
   
4. Customer Experience Enhancement:Share knowledge on different tea types and regional varieties, guiding customers through tasting notes and tea pairings.
   Ensure a high level of hospitality and interaction with both regular patrons and new visitors.
   
5. Administrative Support:Handle reservations, payments, and customer queries.
   Help in the daily upkeep and smooth running of the teahouse.
