Job Description / Requirements:
- Responsible for the opening and maintenance of bank accounts for various entities, prepare payment requisition, initiating bank payments and following up on the approval process;
- Managing office and company administrative affairs
- Arranging daily expense application, reimbursement and payment;
- HR related matters, including payroll, insurance, etc.;
- Possess relevant operational/administrative work experience
- Able to multi-task, with high work efficiency and strong ability to withstand pressure
