- Minimum 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D)
- Open to being based in the Western part of Singapore (WFH 1 day per week is allowed)
- Prior L&D experience gained with a corporate university/learning academy is very beneficial
Our client is a renowned and global leader in its field. This global co is based in the Western part of Singapore (note-island wide transport to the work location is provided).
For this 100% L&D role, you are managing a team of learning professionals in an international work environment.
Broad functions:
- Play the key role of running the learning team
- Be involved in organizing L&D programs, redesigning of learning curriculums to build competence frameworks, overseeing the execution of the programs etc
- Work with external institutions (eg. NTU, NUS, ITE ) on learning collaboration opportunities
- Be involved in strategic L&D initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with min 8 to 10 years of L&D experience
- Prior L&D experience gained with a corporate university/learning academy is very beneficial
- Possess strong communication, presentation & facilitation skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization
- Possess prior leadership/supervisory experience (highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office
- Flexible and adaptable
- Open to being based in the Western location of Singapore
