The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

The Implementation Director onboards and scales accounts during their crucial first 90 days. As an Implementation Director you will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover from sales, build outstanding client relationships, and sustainably scale new accounts before handing over to our Growth team to continue the partnership after the 90 day window.

We are looking for someone to take command of our SEA's region new customers’ successes. Make a positive impact on our client experience and on hundreds of millions of mobile users with our ad platform while growing with top-notch colleagues.

※ This is a New Business Onboarding Account Manager role, NOT a technical role.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, the ability to spot revenue opportunities, and be strong with client relationships. These softer skills will need to be backed up with strong technical capabilities and an eye for detail since accurate set-up, reporting, and campaign management are critical in the early stages of our client partnerships.

Fully comprehend advertisers' marketing needs to effectively communicate how our programmatic solution can help them achieve their goals.

  • Implement new campaigns and onboard new clients by working with them to optimize and stabilize new campaigns and achieve client's KPI.
  • Work with Clients, Sales, Account Managers, Growth Data Scientist and other cross-functional teams to identify account growth opportunities, and to execute flawlessly.
  • Work with Growth Data Scientist to analyze campaign data and suggest better solutions to new external customers
  • Know programmatic through and through.
  • Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to build or iterate client solutions as customer needs arise.
  • Understand the mobile ecosystem and stay current on industry trends, and most importantly offer actionable insights to clients.
  • Discerning eye, strong organisational skills and a strong growth mindset are key

Here is what you need to succeed (Experience & Qualifications)

  • 7 years and above Mobile Advertising experience, preferably in Account Management.
  • Excellence in logical thinking, problem solving and familiarity with big data and numbers.
  • A strong ability to look beyond what a customer says and identify what solutions available actually can help meet their needs.
  • An eye for detail in specific campaigns that can then be explained and actioned upon easily by customers who may not be as familiar with the programmatic space.
  • Ability to quickly get together reports that tell the story you are trying to convey to a new partner, to get them situated for success on the platform.
  • Great communication skills. Over Communicate.
  • Strong ownership mentality and a curious approach to problem solving.
  • Passions for continuous growth and success of the organisation, as well as yourself.
  • Team player and the ability to adapt to a fast growing/changing company.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing) and Native level Vietnamese.
