Responsibilities:
Drive AI initiatives and Contact Centre enhancements to improve operations, employee engagement, and customer service.
- Support Generative AI initiatives to optimize Contact Centre operations and customer experiences.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and ensure timely project completion.
- Develop and execute test cases, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
- Coordinate off-peak releases, providing support during after-office and weekend hours.
- Maintain strong ownership of tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones.
The ideal candidate is a project professional with a solid background in software development projects and a strong interest in AI technologies.
Skills/Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and Figma for project management.
- Experience in AI projects or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support off-peak system releases.
