Responsibilities:
- Tackle complex problems, ensuring high-quality and maintainable backend solutions.
- Lead technology migrations and refactor legacy systems for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring delivery of robust, scalable code.
- Uphold clean code practices and enforce quality standards across the team.
- Drive the implementation of Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment.
- Architect and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS.
- Support team members through problem-solving, code reviews, and technical guidance.
Requirements:
- Experienced in backend development with Java and Spring.
- Proven expertise in migrating technologies and refactoring large codebases.
- Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments.
- Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiar with both fixed-price and outsourcing project models is a plus.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and system designs.
- Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular).
