Responsibilities:
Support talent strategies and programs, driving employee development across the organization during this 6-month contract.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding for the Management Associate Programme.
- Maintain and update the Talent Management Database, ensuring accurate information.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to gather and consolidate talent data.
- Prepare reports on talent development and succession planning for leadership.
- Address queries related to talent management policies and procedures.
You are a proactive HR professional with a passion for talent development.
Skills/Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in talent management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with different levels.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Analytical abilities to assess data and support talent-related decisions.
