Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Manage and further improve relationship with current existing accounts.
Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify leads, prospect new clients
Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ business challenges and objectives to effectively position our professional services and propose tailored solutions.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that address client needs and showcase our capabilities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, track sales activities and opportunities in CRM software, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to position our services effectively.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives set by management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, delivery teams, and other departments to achieve company goals and deliver seamless client experiences.
