Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and manage the on boarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and assist for project deployment.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Organize and maintain personnel files and ensure confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative, HR, and Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Construction HR working experience as generalist including payroll processing.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
