Counter Duties:
- Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors appropriately upon their arrival at the Counter,
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls,
- Attending to parents, visitors, and vendors via phone calls and walk-ins,
- Attending to unwell students in the sick bay.
Administrative Duties:
- Support logistics and administrative tasks related to school activities and events,
- Pack documents and collaterals,
- Receive and sort daily mail, manage faxing, mailing, and handle all correspondence, including maintaining accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word,
- Receive and manage office supplies, as well as print and photocopy documents,
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Administration Managers, Vice-Principals, or the Principal.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Pleasant personality, willingness and inquisitiveness to learn.
- Be proactive, a team player, organised and able to mutli-task and priortise daily tasks using today’s office technologies and computer applications.
- Preferably have GCE O-Levels or with relevant receptionist/administrative working experience.
- Able to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner. Good telephone communications etiquette answering inquiries from public and stakeholders.
As the General office is located at Level 2 of the school premises and there is no lift access to Level 2, personnel must be able to perform daily activities such as climbing stairs.
