Job Description
· Create engaging ideas and designs for a range of behaviour change communications campaigns.
· Work under the guidance of senior designer and creative director in asset delivery encompassing all aspects of a communications campaign life cycle.
· Interpret content strategy briefs and distil production and design requirements.
· Day-to-day output ranges from social media assets, banner ads, campaign artwork, visualization of creative ideas, toolkits, deck design, report design and more.
· Ensure consistency in designs and content across platforms and formats.
· Elevate creative standards by taking in feedback from other designs, applying learnings with a growth mindset.
Main Accountabilities
· Responsible for the day-to-day output of design assets.
· Apply creative thinking and provide solutions to briefs.
· Collaborate with different departments in the company: Creative production, accounts, strategy, media, research.
Reporting:
· Responsible for weekly reporting to Creative lead, or Head of production as required.
· Report status and progress of projects as and when required by the team.
Experience and Qualifications and Core Skills:
· Demonstrate proficiency in design thinking, delivering creative and rational solutions to communication challenges.
· Passionate about design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across various formats/products/brands. Digital-first work is highly valued. Knowledge of print design is also important for developing printed assets.
· Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of After Effects and/or Premier Pro is ideal but not compulsory.
· Strong grasp of communications tools and trends in the Asia region.
· Willing and able to flex beyond regular tasks to support other design tasks as required.
· Be personable, engaging, and influential to the creative process. You should be comfortable discussing ideas with the creative production team.
· Fluent in written and spoken English. Copywriting capability/interest will be an added bonus.
· Degree level education required, and/or proven industry track record of minimum 3 years.
· Experience in branding and creation of toolkits.
· Experience in UI design.
· Able to edit short-form videos.
· Able to animate.
· Fluency in another Southeast Asian language.
· Experience in social or behaviour change campaigns.
