- Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities
Drive business growth by identifying new markets, partnerships, and potential clients while leveraging existing relationships to expand revenue streams. - Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. - Project Planning and Execution
Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed. - Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (admin, finance, IT and operations) to ensure alignment between business development goals and project execution. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and report on business development initiatives and project milestones, analysing key metrics to ensure timely clientele account receivable/payment performance. - Administrative Support and Coordination
Provide administrative assistance, including organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes, managing schedules, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to business development and project management tasks.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Inventory Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in general office administration is a plus.
