Job Description
- Responsible for setting up accounts in ECC is master & then feed CRM downstream and ensuring the account “parent – child” account hierarchy.
- Ensure that data is validated with due diligence prior to Data Entry.
- Answers to requests and queries coming through the CMG Mendix Tool/Email while respecting Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Ensure that account and transaction data is entered accurately to facilitate reporting and providing a comprehensive view of a customer
- Partner with Commercial stakeholders to ensure that data is being represented accurately
- Identity day to day data inconsistencies, resolve discrepancies and proceed to data entry closure
- Validation of data prior to mass creation of prospect, account & contact for M&A.
- Opportunity to participate in projects/initiatives in the area of Customer Master Data continuous improvements and quality improvements.
- Ecommerce customer master enablement
Qualifications
- Bachelors or University Degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years’ relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
- Additionally, proficiency in speaking and writing Japanese/Korean would be viewed as a valuable asset.
