Job Responsibilities:
- Product Packaging: Accurately package products according to specifications, ensuring that items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect packaged products for defects or damage, ensuring that they meet quality standards before leaving the warehouse.
- Machine Operation: Operate packaging machinery and equipment, making minor adjustments as needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Material Handling: Move products and packaging materials to and from the packaging area, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packaged items, including quantities and any discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and assist with training new employees as needed.
