Roles and Responsibilities:
a. Attending to School General Office front-desk duties.
b. Handling telephone calls and walk-in enquiries.
c. Receiving in-coming mails / goods deliveries and arranging outgoing mails for posting.
d. Maintaining, updating, and compilation of data.
e. Attend to / assist unwell students.
f. Logistical e.g. taking photos/videos and admin support for school programmes, events or resource preparation.
g. Assist in other general admin duties when assigned.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
a. Diploma or GCE ‘O’ level or higher.
b. Conversant in at least two languages, English and a Mother Tongue language. Preference will be given to candidates who are conversant in English and Mandarin.
c. Proficient in MS office i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
d. Pleasant disposition, good communication and interpersonal skills.
e. Relevant experience in administration and/or customer service.
