Job Description
- Conduct installation and commissioning of security systems and solutions including CCTV, card access, PA system etc.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Investigate and respond to system faults and violations.
- Troubleshooting including hardware, software, firmware and system upgrades.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
- Ensure timely service delivery and completion of scope of works at clients’ premises/project sites.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Requirements
- Diploma (Poly/ITE)
- 2 – 3 years of related working experience
- Previous experience in security systems industry is advantageous
- Those with strong technical experience in Bosch, Ccure, Hikvision etc. will be a plus
- Possess a service and problem-solving mindset
- Pro-active and able to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Willing to be on rotational standby including weekends
- Possess class 2 or class 3 driving license preferred although not necessary
Remuneration package includes basic salary, transport, mobile and standby allowances as well as training sponsorships, medical insurances and performance bonuses.
