Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare and modify detailed production drawings (Tender/Construction Drawings) using Revit & AutoCAD.
· Create 2D and 3D presentations and design drawings.
· Deliver BIM projects including BIM services, implementation, consultation, and training (may involve attachments at client offices/sites or Aptiv8 HQ).
· Create, amend, and manage BIM drawings/models independently.
· Generate required information from BIM software.
· Liaise and coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
· Identify and highlight drafting errors to the project team immediately.
· Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure drawings/models meet site requirements.
· Support multiple projects, ensuring timely deliveries of BIM outcomes.
· Generate documentation and shop drawings from the BIM model.
· Engage in design, coordination, and BIM development according to client specifications and regulations.
· Able to work on Filters (Revit).
· Work with Revit families (.rfa).
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent.
· At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field.
· Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD.
· Experience with commercial projects, interior design, architectural drawings, M&E, C&S and building projects.
· Competency in BIM/Revit is an advantage.
