Scope of work
- Man the reception counter in General Office
- Perform Customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services and attending to walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office
- Management of records such as maintaining and updating filing and inventory
- Manage lost and found items and delivery of goods
- Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay, including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons and providing basic first aid to injured students
- Secretarial tasks such as arranging appointments, organising meetings, calling students for fee arreas
- Perform other related administrative duties as required
Qualifications, skills and experience:
• Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) Normal (Academic/Technical) Level (3 subjects including English)
• Preferably three (3) years of experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a school environment
• General computer skills (Microsoft Office applications
