Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Perform daily store operation; opening and closing.
- Perform cashier duties e.g manage transactions use POS system, scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate, collect payment and issue receipts.
- Ensures stock inventory is always available & tally with the POS system & sales generated
- Greet, serve and provide assistance to customers.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
- Maintain high and positive energy on sales floor.
- Achieve sales target set by the company.
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
- Assist in display of merchandise and organizing the sales floor and inventory areas.
- Perform other ad hoc job as assigned by the superior.
- Practice Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) consistently.
- The management or Immediate Superior will assign any other jobs as relevant from time to time.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager/Director
Requirement:
- Possess good communication skill and self-motivated.
- Pleasant, friendly, engaging personality and customer oriented.
- Able to work in retail hours.
