Job Description:
Join our Digital & IT (IT Support and Infrastructure) team to administer and enhance our IT systems. You will manage our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure system security, along with administering Microsoft 365 services for our end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365: Manage M365 services like Exchange, SharePoint, Entra and Intune.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain Windows servers, networks, switches and other hardware.
- Installation & Configuration: Set up and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- System Security: Monitor performance and ensure IT system security.
- Network Security: Manage FortiGate Firewall for network security.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors and handle IT procurement.
- Documentation: Maintain IT process and procedure documentation.
- Project Participation: Support IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or relevant industry certifications, or relevant working experience.
- Good understanding of IT support and infrastructure management.
