Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular inventory audits.
    Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
  2. Receiving Goods: Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
    Record and document received goods in the inventory system.
  3. Order Processing: Prepare and fulfill orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products.
    Ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
  4. Data Entry: Input and update inventory data in the computer system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    Generate reports on inventory status and order fulfillment.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities.
    Prepare necessary shipping documents, including packing lists and invoices.
  6. Communication: Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
    Address any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders.
  7. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
    Participate in training sessions related to safety and equipment operation.
