The Operations Manager actively manages and directs company programmes and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between the company and the customer.
The Operations Manager involves in planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier's contact and customer relations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sites under your charge.
· Plan, develop work schedules and ensure that they are carried out accordingly as per our contract service.
· Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for safety and quality.
· Audit and maintain inventory, supplies and equipment.
· Investigate and promote use of equipment and suggested methods of work improvement.
· Review customer service requests to ensure quality and priority.
· Analyse and facilitate budgets to identify area of cost savings and improvement.
· Ensure work sites meet budgeted goals.
· Conduct meetings to maintain consistent, timely and effective communication within all levels of the business.
· Job assignment and scheduling for employees in different job sites.
