Accountable for the strategies to grow the organization’s customer base and increase the overall revenue thru identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and implementing plans to drive sustainable growth and sustainability growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop growth strategies for the organization to stay ahead as a leading TAC in Singapore.
- Actively engage with members to raise awareness of sustainability transformation efforts and government plans.
- Seek out business opportunities and viable income streams by establishing partnerships and collaborations. Collaborating with other businesses or organizations to leverage each other's strengths, expand reach, and create mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential members, partners, investors, and other stakeholders. Building trust and rapport is crucial for successful business development.
- Identifying and attracting potential members and partners who could benefit from the organization’s services. This involves cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online marketing strategies.
- Work with internal teams to identify and map the organization’s business strengths to stakeholders’ needs. Converting leads into actual customers through effective sales techniques and negotiation by understanding the members’ needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.
- Assessing potential risks and challenges associated with new ventures or strategies and developing mitigation plans.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Manfactueing or a related field.
- Min 3-5 years of experience
- Prior experience in business development, sales or related role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
