Key Responsibilities
- Guest Reception- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
- Reservation Management- Handle room reservations via phone, email, and in-person.
Update and maintain the hotel’s reservation system.
- Customer Service- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Administrative Tasks- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing.
Prepare and manage daily reports, including occupancy and revenue statistics.
- Communication Coordination- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest needs are met.
Assist in coordinating special requests or arrangements for guests.
- Security and Safety- Ensure the security of guest information and payment details.
Follow safety protocols and report any suspicious activities.
