Position: Event Executive
- 5 days, 9am-6pm
- Salary: $2800- $3500

Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Events/ Hospitality & Tourism Management
- Min 2 years working experience as event executive
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Able and willing to work beyond normal working hours
- Experience on product launches, exhibitions, roadshow
Job Roles:
- To contribute brainstorming sessions with the team
- To source, negotiate and manage suppliers for the events
- To assist in pre planning, setup onsite
- To run a live production and operational coordination independently
- To manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- To participate on presentation of proposal to clients (concept, creativity, planning, timeline and budget)
- To follow up and make sure on clients requirement are fulfilled
- To coordinate and liaise with relevant department internally such as Designer/Operations
- To feedback information to clients on services when required
