Job responsibility:
· Supervise day-to-day operations, including overseeing check-ins/check-outs and accommodation arrangements.
· Coordinate facility services such as cleaning, maintenance, pest control, and waste management.
· To ensure the well-being and safety and health of the residents are kept at the highest standard at all times.
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with dormitory regulations and policies.
· Perform security patrols and address security-related matters.
· Respond to emergencies and prepare detailed incident or occurrence reports.
· Maintain records, including those for the Sick Bay and Lost & Found items.
· Promote and implement health and safety practices within the dormitory.
· Liaise with contractors on maintenance issues and oversee the completion of related works.
· Responsible for ensuring that the Dormitory complies with FEDA and industry regulations.
· Whenever necessary, be the main point of contact whenever there are any inspections/audits by local authorities. (i.e. BCA, MOM, SPF, NEA, SFA, ICA, SCDF, MHA, MWC etc.)
· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and updates for the Management.
· Attend to any emergencies at the Dormitory.
· All other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
· Possession of any dormitory-related certifications is advantageous.
· Possess PLRD
· CERT (Company Emergency Response Team) certification is a plus.
· 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar field.
· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about Singapore's dormitory regulations.
