Job Responsibilities:
• In-Charge of kitchen’s cleanliness and order at all times
• In-Charge of marketing of cooking ingredients
• Check purchased groceries expiry and usefulness
• Maintain and report marketing budget to centre principal
• Prepare Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks for children everyday
• Prepare lunch for teachers and staff everyday
• To carry out the Cleaner’s duties when he or she on medical leave or annual leave
• Wash children’s utensils after breakfast and lunch everyday
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Clean and maintain equipment cleanliness Job Requirements:
• At least obtained a professional and relevant certifcation related to F&B and Culinary Skills
• Min 3 years of work experience in F&B environment. Applicants with cooking experience for Preschool Children or cooking for the masses will have an added advantage
• Able to comprehend and communicate in basic English
• Team player and also able to work independently
