Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring Network & Systems services can meet the needs of the organization, including end user support.
- Perform the user administration of MS O365 and other in-house systems.
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of cyber security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems.
- Liaise with other global offices IT team on new systems/services rollout.
- Co-ordinate between the vendors and the project team to ensure deliverables are met.
- Manage ICT budgeting and expenses and to allocate resources effectively.
- In charge of all assets and software licensing management.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends that could benefit the organization.
- Develop and maintain documentation and guides of IT server, application software administration, operation and backup, network diagrams and system servers layout, IT asset inventory.
- Develop and documentatioin of IT policies and SOPs (not limited to PDPA and Cyber security Act)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology or the equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and good vendor management skills.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate with the senior management team and business stakeholders.
