Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team, focusing primarily on talent management while also supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering employee development, enhancing engagement, and ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and create succession plans.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate training and development programs.

Talent Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs aimed at skill enhancement and career development.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives, adjusting as necessary to meet organizational goals.

Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize team-building activities and recognition programs to enhance employee morale and collaboration.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and preliminary screening processes.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient recruitment operations.

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare orientation materials and conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent management, development, recruitment, and onboarding (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in HR is a plus.
  • Experience with employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems is preferred
