Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: From ideation to execution, design and deliver high-quality marketing campaigns that meet targets and objectives.
- Stay Market-Savvy: Continuously monitor industry trends and market demands, developing and implementing content strategies that align with brand positioning.
- Analyze and Optimize: Regularly analyze campaign performance to improve engagement, conversion, and retention rates.
Requirements:
- Beauty & Wellness Experience: Previous marketing experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a must.
- Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of major English and Chinese social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin.
- Self-Starter: Ability to build a marketing operational system from scratch, taking campaigns from 0 to 1.
- Content Creation: Skilled in photography, video editing, and publishing content. Proficient in designing and creating visuals for marketing.
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in content operations and marketing.
