Job Description
- Support the operation's strategic plan by providing customer order requirements, product quality standards, and product delivery commitments
- Serve as the tactical liaison between the Plant Manager while leading others in achieving organizational goals
- You will ensure production objectives are met within approved budget, schedules, and quality specifications
- You will develop improvements in production methods, standards and procedures to ensure effective use of resources
- You will foster a high-performing work team culture throughout the facility
- You will implement Continuous Improvement Framework tools
Required Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience managing people and / or project teams
- Minimum 3 years of cross-functional experience with scheduling or customer service functions
- At least 3 years of working experience in Japanese company will be an advantage
Skill Requirements:
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese (at least JLTP Level 1) and English to facilitate communication with parent company and Japanese customers.
- Effective interpersonal skills to resolve conflict, develop employees, and facilitate corrective action while fostering an environment that supports our values and philosophy.
- Ability to work in an unstructured and ambiguous environment
Other Information:
· Basic Salary S$4,500 – S$5,000
· Mon – Friday 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
· Annual Leave 16 – 19
