Job Description
- Develop and submit method statements for EMS and related activities prior to tunneling.
- Monitor the EMS full-time during tunneling operations.
- Establish and implement primary and secondary muck reconciliation methods, such as muck pit measurement and belt weigher measurements, Fines calculation
- Prepare shift reports for EMS, including results of primary and secondary muck reconciliation for each ring built.
- Investigate breaches of upper and lower muck limits and document findings in shift reports.
- Monitor trend graphs of deviation flow, total volume, dry volume, dry mass etc.
- Coordinate with Tunnel Engineers, TBM operators, and STP operators to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibrations of EMS equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for optimizing tunneling efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Job Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tunneling works
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Good communication, proficient in both written and spoken English.
